Spacious and bright, you'll enjoy a lovely east-facing terrace with a soothing view over the Arcachon Basin and Bird Island.
The villa is divided into two levels:
On the second floor, the villa comprises a large living room with 3 areas: dining area, coffee corner, reading area and relaxation area (TV...), a fully equipped and functional kitchen opening onto the living room.
On the night side, there are 2 bedrooms, including 1 children's bedroom with 2 90cm beds that can be joined together, and a master suite with a 160cm bed, its own shower room and WC.
The landing also offers a second large shower room and independent toilet.
A second access to the outside leads to a new west-facing terrace with a sublime view of the pine forest.
On the second floor, you'll discover a third bedroom with a beautiful view of the Bassin, equipped with a sofa bed and top-of-the-range mattress.
Finally, a fourth bedroom with a 140cm bed overlooks the pine forest.
An enclosed garden planted with trees will be fully equipped for summer use (with plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc.), and a terrace overlooking it will enable you to enjoy warm summer evenings.
