The holiday villa in Roquemaure, Provence, offers comfortable accommodation and features a private heated pool in a charming garden setting. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance (approximately 300 m) of Roquemaure's village centre, where all necessary shops are available.
The main living area is on the ground floor while upstairs, you’ll find the bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, the villa boasts an enclosed garden. There's a shaded terrace with a grill plate and barbecue. The terrace provides direct access to the private heated pool (8 m x 4 m). Additionally, there's a pool house with an outdoor sitting area.
Please note: The villa is situated approximately 50 m from a railway track (small goods train with minimal passage, causing no nuisance) and is located along the road leading to the village.
The villa is located in the heart of the vineyards of one of the five renowned southern growths of the Côtes du Rhône: 'Cru Lirac'. Nearby you can visit the wine producing villages: Châteauneuf du Pape, Beaumes de Venise, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Cairanne. Roquemaure is a perfect starting point to visit the main sights of Provence: The Palais des Papes in Avignon, the Antique Roman Théâtre in Orange , the Pont du Gard near Uzès, Isle sur la Sorgue (famous antiques and Provencal market), Fontaine de Vaucluse and the picturesque villages of the Luberon: Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbes.
