Casa Fema welcomes you to the historic center of the beautiful and elegant Martina Franca, the heart of the Itria Valley with its narrow streets and white houses.
We are in the heart of the historic center overlooking a small square.
The small door leads to a stairwell (15 steps) which will take you to the entrance of the house located on the first floor.
Upon entering we will be welcomed into the living room/kitchen where all the furnishings recall the shabby chic style. A wall cupboard full of plates and glasses. In the center of the living room/kitchen we find the dining table and a comfortable sofa bed where you can also enjoy a Smart TV.
The built-in kitchen is complete with gas PC, electric kettle, Nespresso, fridge and freezer.
The front staircase at the entrance leads to a small mezzanine where we find a single bed.
In this area there is a service bathroom complete with sink, toilet and bidet.
Going up to the second bathroom from the internal staircase, you will find yourself in the second bedroom where you will have a double bed, a small walk-in closet and a bathroom complete with shower, toilet and sink.
Casa Fema is a historic house with typical barrel vaults, very bright and well cared for.
Air conditioning: present in the bedroom on the second floor.
Wifi present.
Animals: allowed on request

Self check out: by 10:00 A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
