In the heart of a quiet and wooded residence with a collective tennis court, located 300m from the beach and the city centre!You will be seduced by this studio-cabin located on the 2nd floor with lift!
It includes an entrance cabin with 2 bunk beds in 90cm, a living room with a sofa bed type BZ in 140cm and a flat screen TV, opening onto an east facing balcony.
Its kitchen area offers you the necessary equipment to prepare your meals during your stay: 2 electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a mini oven, a SENSEO coffee maker, a kettle and a mini washing machine (4kg max).
A bathroom and an independent toilet.
A fan at your disposal! Not to be neglected in case of strong heat!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
