This charming air-conditioned house with mountain views and private pool in Aups is 175 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an independent studio and a garden of around 2,500 m².

- A private, unheated swimming pool, accessible by stairs from the house, available from mid-April to mid-October! Alarm, the pool area is enclosed from the main house, a bubble cover to maintain a good temperature in sunny weather, 8x4 flat-bottomed pool 1m60 deep.

The house is ideally located in Aups, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Three spaces available, tarmac access to the house. Vehicle recommended for getting around.

- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport 117 km away (1h32 by car)
