Casa Olika is a holiday home that offers its guests two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor.
The holiday home Casa Olika lies in a small village near Buzet and is an ideal place to escape the hustle and stress of everyday life. The location of the house allows endless walks through the beautiful hilly landscape along marked hiking trails, such as the 'Seven Waterfalls Trail' or exploring the many Istrian towns by bike. Those who want to enjoy the benefits and tranquillity of nature can go to the nearby olive grove, owned by the same owner, and relax with a picnic. Those who want to learn something new can start pruning, picking or treating olives in the company of the experienced owner. In the taverns in the area you can enjoy local gastronomic delicacies and taste the unique Istrian truffles for which Buzet is famous.
In the private garden there is an outdoor infinity pool with hydro massage and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, the town of Roč, and the slopes of Učka. Guests have at their disposal sun loungers, parasols, covered seating, barbecue and several parking spaces.
As a special feature, Casa Olika offers a heated indoor pool with hydro-massage. This is located on the ground floor with a relaxation area with sun loungers, a wine fridge with wine and a separate toilet. The second part of the ground floor has a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with two single beds and two bathrooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
