Locmariaquer, a quiet seaside town and former fishing village, is one of the gems to be discovered just 30 kilometers from Vannes. World-famous for its archeological site, this commune on a peninsula at the crossroads of the Gulf of Morbihan and Quiberon Bay offers a gentle way of life. You can explore it on foot or by bike, spend the day visiting the megaliths in the morning, laze on the beach in the afternoon and dine on the port in the evening.
