Chez Léonie" is a 90 m2 stone house, classified as a 3-star furnished holiday home.
Completely refurbished in 2021, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (4 adults maximum).
Outside:
You'll have access to an unfenced garden, a courtyard and a private south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is surrounded by our Limousin cows, Ouessant sheep and pony.
From June to September, you'll have access to our heated, semi-buried swimming pool at the back of the gîte.
First floor:
You'll find a living/dining area equipped with a sofa bed, a connected TV, a DVD player, a connected loudspeaker, a table for 4 to 6 people and a fireplace with pellet stove; A fully-equipped kitchen area with 4-seater dining table, large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster...
First floor:
A landing with children's play equipment leads to a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet; a 10m2 bedroom with two 90cm beds and built-in closet; and a large 18m2 bedroom with a 140cm double bed.
An umbrella bed and an extra bed are available. The bedding is new and of good quality.
Some booking conditions:
We accept stays of 2 nights minimum.
Unfortunately, our animal friends are not accepted.
We provide sheets, towels and tea towels. Groceries, essentials and household items are also available on site.
We apply a basic rate with no cleaning charge, so that you are free to choose whether to pay a reduced rate or request the extra charge. Please leave the house as clean as you found it. If you do not wish to do the housework, you have the possibility of choosing the housework package in supplement: 40€ for a stay of 2 and 3 nights; 60 € for a stay of 4 to 7 nights; 80 € for a stay of more than one week.
Arrival times can be flexible, and independent entry can be arranged. However, to allow for ventilation and disinfection, departures will not be possible after 10:30 am. Thank you for your understanding.
