Welcome to Villa Lougabie:
This comfortable villa boasts a beautiful 2500m² terraced garden, accessible and inviting for rest and relaxation, or to delight children. The villa offers several terraces and a large swimming pool (4.5x10M, secured by an alarm) as well as areas of natural shade thanks to the magnificent and rare umbrella pine, all facing south/south-west, allowing you to enjoy the sun until it sets.
For your security, the villa is gated.
Parking for two vehicles is available within the villa grounds.
Inside, a mezzanine entrance, a living/dining room opening onto a semi-covered south/east-facing terrace, with a beautiful view of the hills and the sea.
Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.). Separate toilet.
In the sleeping area on the same level, a double bedroom with a bed (160*200cm) and a cot. A second bedroom with twin beds (90*190cm). A third bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a bathroom with toilet. A shower room. All these rooms benefit from a beautiful sea view and access to the terrace.
For your comfort: Air conditioning in the living room and en suite bedroom, Wifi, Tv, washing machine, dishwasher, electric barbecue, sun loungers, swimming pool, garden...
To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,800 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €200.
