Charming two-storey house in the heart of Lamballe.
Le gîte St Martin in Lamballe welcomes you for a stay between land and sea. Facing the National Stud, the 80 m2 house blends the atypical side of the old with the modern.
The gîte has several levels: access is via a balcony overlooking the Gouessant river. The kitchen opens onto the veranda and enclosed garden, and is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and water fountain.
All you need for cooking or drinking on the terrace. A living room with dining table, sofa, internet access, WC with washbasin.
On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a 160cm bed and a large dressing room. On the 2nd floor, an attic bedroom with a 140cm bed, closet and hanging space.
On the garden level, a relaxation area. A shower room with heated towel rail. A washing machine is also available. Garden: barbecue, terrace, garden table and chairs.
This gite sleeps 4 but is not suitable for PRMs. The town center is within walking distance, with shops nearby (bakery, butcher's, tobacconist's, chemist's). You can visit the collegiate church, the stud farm, take a horse-drawn carriage ride, follow the "chemin des Lavoirs", attend performances at the stud farm and visit the Mathurin Meheust museum.
Inland, you can visit towns such as Dinan, St Malo and Dinard. On the seaside, you can visit the Pleneuf coast, discover Erquy or Cap Fréhel.
