Beautiful apartment in the residential area of PUNTA PRIMA, next to the sea, ideal for your beach vacations. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with a beautiful view of the SWIMMING POOL and the SEA.In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops and much more.
The building has an elevator, swimming pools, parasols and sun loungers.

You can't miss the Camino de Ronda. It's one of the Costa Dorada's most beautiful and emblematic excursions, recently renovated and offering spectacular views, right on the edge of Cap Salou.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern coastal urban center on the Costa Dorada, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.
It's the perfect balance to spend your vacation, especially if you have a family with children and are looking for a break and disconnection from work and the stress of the city without leaving out the fun for everyone. You won't be disappointed in La Pineda, which has a lot to offer in summer.
Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular for family tourism, but not only.
The Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. This means that adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offerings, among many other great activities.House rules:
1st. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure your stay is a pleasant one.
2nd. The apartment is rented with bed linen, but without towels - towel supplement €4/person.
3rd. Check-in Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. (if guests are leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges. Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition in which they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests are not allowed to leave garbage in the apartment and must dispose of it in the containers located in the street.
5th. Respect community and neighbor rules.
6th. It is necessary to present proof of identity and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach Costa Dorada, by pre-authorization of a bank card.
8º The tourist tax (1 € per person per day, maximum 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested at the time of booking (€5 per day) as there are specific terminals, so it will depend on availability.
