Welcome to "la petite cité de caractère", where you can enjoy a relaxing family vacation. This house in the countryside of Piriac-sur-Mer is located a few kilometers from a quiet hamlet.
This pleasant house offers 3 bedrooms upstairs for 5 people and a separate shower room and toilet.
On the ground floor, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opens onto a large, bright veranda where you can soak up the sun, opening out on all sides.
Come and play or relax in the fully enclosed, sunny garden, which is big enough for the whole family!

There's plenty of room to park at least 3 or 4 vehicles, especially if you're bringing a group.
Piriac, voted a "petite cité de caractère" (small town of character), displays its charms in its architectural heritage as well as on its small beaches, which take their place at the foot of the walls and rocks. There's the peaceful Anse de Lérat, the secret Creeque de Kervélys, Plage de la Mine... and all the other coves perfect for relaxing, swimming and fishing! Maillots and haveneaux come out to the rhythm of the tides.

LA TURBALLE and surrounding area
A tourist municipality on the Côte d'Amour, bordered by a 15 km shoreline, half of which runs directly into the Atlantic Ocean, the other half into the Guérande salt marshes.
Renowned for the dynamism of its fishermen, La Turballe offers visitors seaside pleasures in a preserved environment (European Blue Flag for beaches for over 15 years) for its 9 kilometers of beach.

The Belvédère de Trescalan chapel was built and dedicated to Notre-Dame de Miséricorde. Every year, on the evening of September 22, the rosary is said and a special hymn sung in honor of the saint. To reach this platform, climb 110 steps, and after a first landing, you can discover the vaulted ceiling of the church and admire the panoramic view.
