This charming single-story home offers a generous 120 square meters of space on a 1,500 square meter plot. With careful attention to detail and modern amenities, this house is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to relax and enjoy everything this beautiful region has to offer.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped separate kitchen with all the appliances you might need, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic hob, blender, kettle, and complete kitchenware for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen is a cozy space that allows you to enjoy unforgettable culinary moments.

A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and built-in wardrobes, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed (90x200) that expands to two beds. The house has a second bathroom, complete with a bathtub, shared by the other two bedrooms.
The exterior is an oasis of peace. The spacious garden, pool, and views offer a tranquil and relaxing environment. You'll find a perfect barbecue area for enjoying outdoor meals with friends and family, with a first outdoor dining area for 6 diners. Another spacious table for 6 diners is located in the pool area, as well as sun loungers to relax in the chill-out area. Additionally, there are two more outdoor tables for 4 diners each, in the garden with extraordinary mountain views at sunset, and in the front area of the house, by the kitchen entrance, next to the trampoline, perfect for breakfasts. As you can see, you can enjoy various corners and areas in the house for relaxation, dining, reading, and chatting.
