Superb view of the water and the boats in the marina from its two terraces! Type 2 (1 bdrm) for 2 to 4 people, comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated (reversible air-conditioning, fitted kitchen, Italian shower ...). Ideally located opposite the port. Beach 300 m from Grande Motte Bay and 400 m from shops.

The apartment: superb view over the water and the boats of the Port Camargue marina! Type 2 (1 bedroom) for 2 to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers), very comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated (reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fitted kitchen, Italian shower, etc.).
Located on the 1st floor, without elevator, of a secure residence, it has 1 to 2 beds (sofa in the living room) for 2 people and/or 1 to 2 children or young teenagers, for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence (private parking) for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Vaccinated pets allowed on request 30 euros extra* * Pre-registered, non-debitable deposit of 400 euros with 7.94 euros registration fee*.

Living room: The living room opens onto a sheltered terrace, where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Rouille Graulène, different from rouille sétoise... and on the meat side: Côtes de Taureau and La Gardiane! Take time to discover the various vineyards, whose specialty is: organic vin des sables. Coupled with the light of a ceiling fan.

Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a round table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.
Living room: 1 140 cm sofa bed - flat-screen TV.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 Bedroom with terrace: 1 x 160cm bed for 2 people - 65x65cm square pillows, comforter. *Bed linen and towel kits are available on request at 20 euros for 1 bed for two people* Coupled with light a ceiling fan.

Shower room, washbasin with drawer units, and toilet. Washing machine.

Location: Ideally situated opposite the Marina on the terrace and street side, 300m from the North beach opposite the Grande Motte Bay. 400 m from the Camargue 2000 shopping center. On the garden side, at the foot of the residence: the quays of the Port Camargue marina, with its boats and numerous restaurants, bars and mini-golf to enjoy the entertainment in the Capitainerie district. This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers return from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and learn about the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic location for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the Plage Nord promenade, and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue waters.
A real "coup de coeur" for lovers of peace and quiet, close to the beach and shops.

Access: At your convenience, we can welcome you on site, by appointment, on arrival and departure! You'll have the whole property at your disposal to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. There is a bus service near the residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
