Access to the house is via the main road, from which you can reach the sandy Arenal beach or the center of the old village of Javea in just 10 to 12 minutes by car. This property is ideal for lovers of space, peace and quiet and if you love nature and enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family or friends, but not only... The house also has plenty of places to take refuge alone, relaxing in the garden or on the terraces around the house.
