La Dolce Vita is a detached house in a quiet location, 7 km from the beach, 9 km from Guérande and its salt marshes and 15 km from La Baule.
1500 m² enclosed garden with trees, heated swimming pool (8x4m) open from early May to late September, terrace, covered play area with barbecue and children's swing. Private parking on property.
Ground floor: 40 m² living room with fireplace, separate fitted kitchen, heated veranda, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190) + 1 duplex bedroom with library area (2 beds 90x190), shower/laundry room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190 + extra trundle bed, 2: bed 160x200, 3: bed 140x190), bathroom and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, complete baby equipment.
Included: electricity, linen (beds made on arrival), towels and wood.
Not included: pellet boiler heating (12 bags included - over 8€/bag) and tourist tax.
