Charming, bright, comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation on the 1st floor of a tourist building in the town center (Ensanche), next to the old town (400M) and very close to the beach (ten-minute walk, 800m).

Apartment located on the second floor of a tourist building with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a kitchen-dining room.
- Full kitchen and dining room. Features air conditioning, smart TV and balcony.
-One double bedroom with a 150x200 bed, kitchenette and full bathroom (shower, bidet, WC, washbasin).
-One double bedroom with two 80x200 beds (possibility of joining the two beds to create a large 160x200 bed).
- Full bathroom (shower, bidet, WC, washbasin).
-Bedroom with double bed (150x190cm)
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (one wash per week free, the rest at €4/wash). Cleaning products are not included.
Electric bikes available (on request). Please check availability. 25€/day (deposit 250€)
Free street parking near the apartment.
Possibility of reserving shared private parking fifty meters from the apartment for €12/night (check availability).

We would like to inform you of some important things you should know before booking.
-Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds, nor are they allowed to disturb neighbors. Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment. For stays of up to one week, a pet deposit is applicable. For longer stays, a cash supplement of €5 per night will be charged on check-in.
- For apartment check-in, official identification of all guests must be provided.
- For check-out, please inform the host in advance of the time you plan to leave the apartment. The host and guest will check the condition of the apartment together. The guest will be able to explain to the host how his/her stay went and make any suggestions for improving the accommodation.
- Living together:
Please note that the apartment is located in a quiet area and at night there is no noise, so we hope and wish that you rest well and respect the rest of your neighbors.
- Departure times
The official check-out time is noon.

- Apartment keys
A copy of the key to the front door of the building and a copy of the key to the apartment door will be provided.

Smoking is permitted ONLY ON THE BALCONY, where you'll find a small table with a chair and an ashtray where you can sit quietly to smoke. Inside the apartment there are smoke detectors and smoking is prohibited.
