The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, hob, hood and oven, MO oven, bean-to-cup coffee maker for excellent coffee, kettle and toaster, food processor.
You'll also find a master suite on the first floor, opening onto a terrace, with 180 cm bedding, large closet and en suite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and shower.
Storeroom with washing machine and dryer - separate WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: a large hallway with access to the roof terrace, leading to a second bedroom with 140 cm bedding and closet, a third bedroom with 140 cm bedding and closet, and a final bedroom with 140 cm bed, closet and office space.
