CAMBO, C348: In a beautiful new residence, this 4-person apartment is close to the town center, and offers a quiet environment. This comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor (two flights of 10 steps) with living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace and garden. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, conventional oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob). Bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and a large closet, the other with a 140cm bed. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC. Dedicated parking space.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (payable service to be requested from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a cleaning service can be provided for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
