Welcome to Zenolac!
Situated slightly above Sevrier and 500 meters from the lake, discover a charming apartment, ideal for your family vacation! Perfectly suited for 6 people, this apartment boasts a very large terrace overlooking the lake and mountains.
The lake and municipal beach are less than 5 minutes' walk away! The same goes for the shops, which are just 400m away.

Television and high-speed WiFi, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and hairdryer.

Linen is provided for your stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. You can leave your car at the condominium parking lot (no private parking space).
Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountainous setting. Enjoy the mountains, the port and the beaches! The magnificent town of Annecy is just 4 kilometers away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
