Stay in the heart of Marseille in this beautiful, fully renovated, air-conditioned 95 m2 3-bedroom apartment for 6 people, ideally located on the Canebière, next to the Old Port, with the metro just a stone's throw away. St-Charles TGV station 5 minutes away.
Space
Our 95 m2 apartment on La Canebière, on the 6th floor with elevator of a beautiful building. Its exceptional location, just a stone's throw from the Vieux Port and a 5-minute walk from the Marseille Saint-Charles TGV station, makes this recently renovated apartment the ideal base for exploring Marseille!
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a sitting area for relaxing or teleworking. A beautiful south-facing balcony awaits you to enjoy your first coffee and soak up the Marseille sun!
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a third bedroom with two single beds and storage space.
Air-conditioning is available in the living room and one double bedroom, while fans are available in the other two bedrooms.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links (metro at the foot of the building) and within easy reach of the Old Port (5 min walk) and the Cours Julien (10 min walk).
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, cafés and shops are just down the street from the apartment. The Vieux-Port and Cours Julien districts are home to numerous restaurants.
La Canebière is one of Marseille's busiest shopping streets. Please note that this is not the quietest part of Marseille during the day.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Situated right on the famous Canabière, a stone's throw from Marseille's Old Port, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. The Place aux Huiles / Cours Etienne d'Orves, with its vibrant nightlife and culture, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs.
