You'll find a main room with a wood-burning stove (the Gîte's only heating system), a living room (TV, internet, 2 sofas), a dining area and a built-in kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob and fridge). There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with 160cm beds and one with 2 90x190cm beds, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC, separate WCs, and a laundry room with washing machine and freezer. Large south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture. Gas barbecue in front of the house. 3000m2 of private, unfenced grounds. After 4 steps, you'll enjoy the private swimming pool open from June to the end of September (size 6X4, depth 1.45m, salt water, secured by an alarm, entry by ladder).
