INTERIOR: This beautiful rustic-style villa has a spacious living room with SAT / DTT TV, access to the terrace and the pool area. An open kitchen fully equipped with hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with a bathroom with bathtub and shower en suite. One bedroom with two single beds. Finally there is a bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. The ground floor is closed and uninhabited.
EXTERIOR: Large terrace and impressive 11.5x5.5 pool with beach-style work ramp and outdoor shower. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking on the same plot for three vehicles.
LOCATION: This villa is 3 km from the nearest supermarket and the center of Teulada. The coves are about 8 km away and the sandy beach of Moraira is 11 km away.
