Accommodation Rules:- No noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM;- It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect neighbors;- Parties or events are prohibited;- Pets are allowed and cannot be left loose in the condominium or roam without a leash;- To check in, at least one guest must be 18 years of age or older;- It is not permitted to exceed the number of occupants permitted in the accommodation, even if they are visitors;- It is mandatory to provide a security deposit on the day of check-in, which will be returned within 7 days after check-out;- It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book;- Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via cell phone to arrange the time and place of check-in, and to find out if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
