Very modern, beautiful apartment block "Apartamentos Barbados". In the centre of Playa del Ingles, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer. Shop, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach "Playa del Inglés" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 32 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
