Chalet Les Perdrix is a property comprising three large luxury apartments, ideally located in the Eucherts district. A chalet built in the pure Savoyard tradition, combining stone and wood. These large apartments (Chalet Perdrix 1, Chalet Perdrix 2 and Chalet Perdrix 3) are spread over 3 levels and ideally located close to shops and the Galopins daycare center. Combining authenticity and conviviality, they will seduce you with their comfort and practicality. Les Perdrix enjoys maximum sunshine and breathtaking sunsets thanks to its southern exposure and breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. After a long day's hiking, take advantage of the sauna and jacuzzi.
SPECIAL FEATURES :
The Chalets de la Perdrix building is spread over 3 levels:
-1 underground garage with space for 13 cars. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- Level 0: Chalet Perdrix 1 (single-storey apartment) with 2 saunas, jacuzzi, shower and separate WC shared by all chalets.
- Level 1: main entrance. Chalet Perdrix 2.
- Level 2: Chalet Perdrix 3 (duplex).
An elevator takes you from the garage to level 1. Chalet Perdrix 3 is not accessible by elevator.

Exposed beams add a rustic, authentic touch. From the living room, you can access a south-west-facing balcony, ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying the unobstructed view.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, extractor hood and even a raclette machine for traditional mountain meals.
On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with three single beds (80x200) and its own shower room, as well as a separate toilet. Three other bedrooms are also available, each with two single beds (80x200), their own shower room and WC.
On the duplex level, an even more intimate atmosphere awaits you, with two additional bedrooms. The first has three single beds (80x200), and a bathroom with bath and shower, plus WC. The second bedroom has two single beds (80x200), a bathroom with bath, WC and its own balcony for relaxing in the open air.
For your comfort, the apartment is heated by an electric system, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. In addition to these facilities, other services are included to make your stay even more enjoyable: end-of-stay cleaning is provided and bed linen is supplied.
