The Larmor-Plage Casino is a 10-minute walk away. The Kerguelen nautical center and marina are 2km away, where boats depart for Port-Louis, Groix and other cruises.
The exceptional location of this characterful family property gives it many assets. The sea-view house has 7 rooms and a surface area of approx. 164.39 m², set in a 588 m² garden. It benefits from a double east-west exposure.
The house comprises an entrance hall, a living room (with lounge, living room with decorative fireplace, dining room for a total of 54 m²), a separate 8.90 m² kitchen, 5 bedrooms on two levels. The first landing leads to a 14 m² bedroom with a 90 cm bed and washbasin, and a 13 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed and washbasin. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious garden terrace. The third bedroom (18 m²) has a 160cm bed, access to the bathroom, WC and, above all, a sea view. The second landing leads to 2 attic bedrooms, one of 19 m² with 1 double bed (140) and a sea view, and the other of 17.65 m² with 1 double bed (140), and a bathroom with WC.
Its capacity, sea view and location are ideal for family gatherings or meetings with friends. The view is a spectacle in itself and a living tableau. The house is equipped with wifi.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
