Discover this bright, fully renovated house, combining modern comforts and peaceful surroundings with its vast garden. Located in a dynamic village of 1,500 inhabitants, you benefit from the proximity of essential shops and services. Just twenty kilometers from Orléans and Meung sur Loire, it's the perfect place for a family vacation or business trip.
The house is an excellent base for exploring the Beauce region, strolling along the banks of the Loire, or visiting the many châteaux and gardens in the area. What's more, the famous Beauval zoo is within easy reach, making it an ideal getaway for the whole family. The gîte is on one level (there are only a few steps to the entrance) and comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200 cm) and en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet.
There's a dining table on the terrace (with barbecue and parasol), and a lounge in the garden for aperitifs.
Two private parking spaces (one in the garage and one in front of the accommodation).
