PORT-LOUIS - REF 491 - (Virtual visit available on request) - Sleeps 8 to 10 - Located just 150 m from the magnificent creeks and in the heart of the village, this superb 1930s house has been successfully renovated and extended. On the first floor, a large, bright living room with fireplace opens onto a corner terrace overlooking an open garden, a fully-equipped kitchen and a toilet. The first half-landing features two bedrooms (with 90 x 2 and 140 beds) and a shower room with laundry and toilet. On the second 1/2 landing, a mezzanine overlooking the living room offers additional sleeping space (BZ 140, no shutters). Finally, the second floor comprises two bedrooms with 140cm beds and a bathroom with WC. The house has a private enclosed garden with a sheltered area and wifi. Parking available in front of the house.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
**Optional hotel services, bed linen set 90 = 14 €, bed linen set 140 or 160 = 18 €, bath towel = 5 €, bed made up on arrival 5 € per bed, set of 2 tea towels 4 €, baby cot 10 €, WIFI when accommodation not equipped 39 €/week. Tourist tax not included, according to current Cap Lorient Agglo rates.
