Attractive finca located in a beautiful place between Pollensa and Port Pollensa, ideal for tennis lovers as it is one of the few villas that has a totally private tennis court.
The villa is distributed along a single floor. Ceramic floors and wooden beams are the characteristic features of this house. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
