We offer for rent a magnificent 350 m² manor house located in the center of Bourbourg. This prestigious pre-1900 residence, which we have named "La Villa Authentique", is located in a very quiet, unoverlooked environment, thanks to a pleasant, vast garden with trees of over 1000 m².
On the first floor, it comprises a large 55 m² living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances, a dining room adjoining the kitchen, an office with broadband fiber connection, a large hall with direct access to a 60 m² terrace and the garden.
A year-round Jacuzzi with a 4-seater spa is also available, along with a walk-in shower, subdued lighting and a connected TV for optimal relaxation.
On the second floor, a large central landing leads to 4 large bedrooms and a bathroom.
