Household / Air-conditioning / WIFI / Parking included* Spacious 31 m2 studio with terrace and lovely sea view, south-facing, on 2nd floor with elevator and swimming pool in residence. Main room with TV, sofa bed (140 x 190) and extra bed for 1 person, independent kitchen (2 hotplates, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, washing machine) and bathroom with toilet. WIFI and parking included, and eco-responsible fiber bed linen offered. Just 5 minutes from the Garavan SNCF train station, for quick travel to Monaco or Italy.
The Garavan neighborhood is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The port of Menton Garavan and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped, offering shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails and live entertainment. Bus and train station nearby, with connections to the city center, Italy, Monaco and the entire region.
- Check-in time: daily (except Sundays and public holidays) from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Check-out time (except Sundays and public holidays): Before 10:00.
- Arrival outside opening hours:
For arrivals between 7pm and 10pm, there is a €60 supplement to be paid on site. No arrivals after 10 pm.
- Deposit returned 15 days after departure.
*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans and fridge/freezer be emptied.
Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town.
