In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer this charming 53 m² apartment with sea view for up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 53 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The apartment is composed as follows
- 53 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), storage cupboard, TV and access to balcony
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
If you're looking for a beautiful seaside resort to spend a few days in, Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is the place to stop. Here, capes, islands, coves and miles of beaches make up the landscape. Take a stroll along the coast and through the castle ruins before discovering the Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer peninsula.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the apartment's numbered parking space. There is also free parking in front of the building.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Dinan station, about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Dinard airport located about 25 minutes away by car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Reservations and payment must be made with the concierge at least 4 days before arrival. After this time, no linen can be reserved.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
