For a dream vacation in the sun, we offer you a magnificent villa with panoramic sea views, in a superb private estate. Just a few minutes from everything, you'll find restaurants, private beaches and water sports attractions at the foot of the estate.
Welcome to Agay, a charming seaside resort on the outskirts of Saint Raphaël, framed by the Esterel massif and the Mediterranean Sea, and bordered by sandy coves and beaches, a picturesque landscape and a relaxing atmosphere. In this area, ideal for water sports enthusiasts, hikers and those seeking to enjoy the natural beauty of the region, we offer you a magnificent 200 m2 villa facing the sea in a wooded, quiet and secure estate for vacations with friends or family.
Elegant and comfortable interior:
Discover 5 bedrooms ( 3 King size beds , 1 bed 160cm and 1 bed 140cm ) each fitted out to ensure your comfort and privacy as well as 4 bathrooms.
The large living room is the ideal place to gather, offering a bright, convivial space, as well as a large, independent, fully-equipped kitchen.
There's also a selection of entertaining games for all ages to keep you busy and create happy memories with family and friends.
Outside:
There's plenty to do outside, with a fully-equipped summer kitchen for convivial barbecues, surrounded by a vast 2000 m2 landscaped garden that's not overlooked, and a large terrace with a swimming pool overlooking the sea, private and safe for children, lined with deckchairs promising relaxation and refreshing swims under the Côte d'Azur sun.
There are also 4 parking spaces on the property.

You'll be in an estate that promises privacy and calm, yet close to all amenities. Nearby you'll find private beaches, a wide choice of water sports, beachside restaurants, pubs, bars, supermarkets, as well as bakeries and brasseries.
Just a few minutes from downtown Saint-Raphaël, 15 minutes from Fréjus, 40 minutes from Cannes via the emblematic Corniche d'Or road along the coast of the Estérel massif, with breathtaking views from the red rock calanques, certain coves and beaches are accessible and swimming is permitted.
TRAVELER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4pm at the accommodation address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, you will be able to check in online via a link we will send you once your reservation has been confirmed. You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet which will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay. You'll find all the information you need on arrival procedures, how the accommodation works, useful addresses and much more.
DEPOSIT
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be required at the time of booking, depending on the platform you choose to use to reserve our accommodation.
