Property for exclusive use
Detached villa built in the second half of the 18th century, set in over 7 hectares of woodland and olive groves in the Valdinievole region, not far from Montecatini and Monsummano Terme. The owners have carried out a careful and rigorous restoration, using only salvaged building materials from the area, and creating a living structure in compliance with organic architecture standards. 360° views of the surrounding hills from the garden. Very quiet location: the few passing cars belong to local residents, and the road in front of the villa is a dead-end. Private in-ground swimming pool (16x8) (open from 17/04 to 09/10 2024 and from 19/04 to 11/10 2025) equipped with counter-current swimming, hydro-massage for 8 people, changing room, WC and shower, positioned on a natural terrace approx. 2m below the level of the house, equipped with tables, sun loungers and chairs. Furnished exclusively with antique furniture and objects, period doors, antique engravings, Persian rugs. The entire house is equipped with every conceivable modern comfort. Included in the price for weekly stays: welcome basket (Pasta sauce, spaghetti, salad, bread and Parmigiano cheese, bottle of Chianti red wine, toast, croissants, coffee, milk, tea, sugar, butter, jam, cereals, fruit juice), basic kitchen ingredients (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar), 2 hours cleaning/1 time per week (Wednesday).
Services to be requested at the time of booking and paid for directly on site: maid service, cook, linen change during the week, chauffeur with car or with customer's own car, babysitter, home shopping delivery service, hairdresser, beautician and massage service, bodyguard. We can also organize a catering service for up to 50 guests, with musical entertainment, guided tours of museums and art cities, painting and ceramics courses, Italian and Tuscan cooking classes, private dinners and wine tastings. Heating and air conditioning in all rooms, adjustable for all rooms, courtesy set in every bathroom. Cot, high chair, safe, some basic household hygiene products and 3 mountain bikes available. The villa is also equipped with an alarm system, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and emergency kits. Internet connection. Parking for 5 cars.
VILLA RONCOVISI is located on the same property, 30m away, but in a completely independent position. Both villas can be booked together for a total of 21-29 people.
PLEASE NOTE: For bookings of 3 to 6 nights, a surcharge of 25% will apply. Arrivals must take place between 4 pm and 7 pm.
ACCOMMODATION: R-of-Ch,- : entrance hall, small central living room (satellite TV, Dvd), with double sofa bed, living room (80m2) with large 16th-century stone fireplace and access to the garden, kitchen (6-burner kitchen, 2 ovens, fridge with ice maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine with filter, professional vacuum cleaner) with antique fireplace, table seating 8 and access to a veranda equipped for alfresco dining, 1 double bedroom with small antique fireplace and access to a veranda equipped, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, laundry room (washing machine, 2 irons with ironing boards). 1°Et. 1 double bedroom with 2 windows and bathroom with hydro-massage shower and Turkish bath seats, 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub featuring chromotherapy and ozone therapy. This room shares the bathroom with a 2-bedded room. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. All beds are fitted with special Waterlily mattresses for maximum comfort. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. The electrical system in each room is equipped with a line bio-switch (automatic mains circuit breaker) which, when all the lights are switched off, removes the voltage from the room's lines. This allows you to rest in a space free of magnetic fields.
