PRESENTATION
La Cigale apartment is located right in the center of Pertuis, in a quiet area for your stay, between Place de la Diane and Rue d'Astion. Easy parking next to the apartment. Not far from the Cadarache Center (CEA & ITER), on the border between the Luberon and Bouches-du-Rhône regions, the location is ideal for exploring the villages of the Vaucluse and the city of Aix-en-Provence, just 25 minutes away by bus. The apartment offers a comfortable, fully-equipped setting for your business, family, friends or romantic getaways.
In 35m², La Cigale apartment offers you all the comfort you need with an industrial and wood decor. Fully furnished and equipped, it can accommodate up to 4 people, with a spacious living room opening onto the bedroom with a glass roof. This environmentally-friendly apartment is energy-efficient with its reversible heat pump, and water-efficient with its innovative faucets.
La Cigale features the latest technologies, including powerful dual-band wifi access via fiber optics, a Chromecast TV for access to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video for total immersion, and a ceramic hob.
The bedroom has a top-of-the-range Queen-size bed (160x200cm) for a restful night's sleep, complete with bed linen and towels, as well as a closet with hangers, ironing board and iron.
Because "a beautiful sleeper deserves the best", in the words of Épéda, the jewel in the crown of French bedding since 1929, we offer this top-of-the-range bedding in the bedroom, with something for everyone: a mattress combining pocket-spring technology with memory foam.
A custom-built bathroom with an Italian-style shower in distinguished cement tiles, wooden furniture and a towel dryer to wrap you in a warm cloud as you step out.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional, with a microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. A Nespresso machine as well as a kettle and toaster are at your disposal, along with coffee capsules and a selection of teas for your breaks.
The living and dining area is fully equipped: dining table with chairs and coffee table and a 140×190 cm sofa bed opposite the TV. Sophisticated tableware and glassware to suit all tastes (wine glasses, beer glasses, cocktail glasses and champagne flutes).
You'll also find a work area in the room with a desk, a comfortable armchair and powerful fiber-optic Internet access via dual-band WiFi 6 with a downstream speed of 800 Mb/s and an upstream speed of 600 Mb/s. You can also charge all your equipment using the electrical and USB sockets.
We provide bed linen and towels for your comfort during your stay. To guarantee their quality and for safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to wash them yourself. Should you require a change of linen, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that this service, if available, may incur additional charges.
Access
The building entrance is located on a pedestrian Provencal street, with public parking nearby. The apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, has only one window offering natural light.
The apartment is close to all amenities, bus routes, shops, restaurants and bars in the town center.
You'll find plenty to eat and drink. A 7/7 supermarket is less than 7 minutes' walk away, and a number of home delivery services are available and indicated in the apartment.
The Pertuis vacation apartment is close to Aix-en-Provence, CEA Cadarache ITER and the villages of the Sud-Luberon region: Mirabeau, La Tour-d'Aigues, Ansouis, Villelaure, La Motte-d'Aigues and Grambois.
PARKING
- Place de La Diane: Free between 7pm and 8am. From 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm, parking is limited to 1h30 with a blue disc.
- Grand Cros parking lot 200m away: Free parking
BUS STOP
From Place de la Diane, there are minibuses to the town and to the Pertuis bus station. From there, shuttles to Aix-en-Provence and the Aix-en-Provence TGV station or airport.
