Let yourself be seduced by the Loggia des Genêts, where the living room and bedroom open onto a clapissette terrace, shaded by a wrought-iron arbor covered with Virginia creeper. Bordered by broom, this space offers unparalleled privacy. The accommodation is air-conditioned, and the bedroom has a 160cm bed with linen canopy and curtains. The Burgundy stone tiled floor adds a touch of character.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, freestone basin, mirror and toilet.
The bright living area includes a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with two induction hobs, a dishwasher, an under-counter fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine, as well as a multifunction microwave. Complete crockery and glassware are provided for your convenience. A sofa faces the TV for your moments of relaxation. Air conditioning ensures your comfort throughout your stay.
For your convenience, the residence has a shared laundry room available 24/24. You'll find two washing machines with detergent pods, plus a tumble dryer. An ironing board and iron are also available.
The residence's reception is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm to answer all your questions and help you make the most of your stay.
