Welcome to our superb renovated industrial duplex, nestled in the heart of Avignon's historic heritage. Located on the 2nd floor of a building ideally positioned between the majestic Palais des Papes and the Joseph Vernet shopping street, this elegant apartment we've renovated is the perfect destination for discovering Provence.
From the moment you enter, you'll be charmed by the clever blend of industrial style and typically Provencal architecture. A spacious living room welcomes you, with a comfortable sofa bed and a coffee table in wood and metal, facing a TV for your relaxing evenings. Two air fresheners are also available. Next door, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen awaits you, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Then take the wrought-iron staircase to the mezzanine. Here you'll find a bedroom with exposed beams and a 180cm king-size bed, ideal for resting after a day exploring the region. Closets and bedside lights are at your disposal for maximum comfort.
The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower under a slightly low ceiling (1.90m), as well as a double washbasin for added convenience. The WC is on the first floor.
