The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in La Bourboule, this charming 77 m² flat with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it consists of a pretty 77 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a balcony. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 28 m² living room with double sofa bed (140×200), armchairs, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), wardrobe and walk-out balcony
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, wardrobe and walk-out balcony
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 13 m² terrace, facing east and accessible from the living room, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A balcony accessible from the bedrooms
- An 11 m² cellar in the basement, accessible by lift or from outside, for storing skis, bikes, etc.
The flat is ideally located in La Bourboule, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Summer activities: hiking, fishing, cycling and mountain biking, rollerblading, trail running, etc.
- Winter activities: Nordic skiing, downhill skiing, biathlon (winter and summer), etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking spaces near the flat.

- A89 motorway: exit 25, take the D98 towards Bort-les-Orgues, then the D922 as far as Saint-Sauves and then the D996.
- Nearest train station: Clermont-Ferrand La Rotonde 59 km (about 1 hour by car), Clermont-Ferrand La Pardieu 65 km (about 1 hour 10 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Clermont-Ferrand 67 km (about 1 hour by car)
