Just 700m from the Côte Sauvage, it's the ideal home for calm and relaxation. Its three beautiful bedrooms feature double bedding (140 and 160) and individual wardrobes for maximum comfort. One is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room. The other two share a large shower room, and 2 separate wc's make up the wing on the spatio side, planted with trees and flowers.
A well-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto a cocooning, tastefully decorated living room. From the living room, you have access to the terrace and garden at the rear of the house. Here you'll find peace and quiet, deckchairs and a barbecue.
You can park your car in front of the house without any problem.
The daily market in Le Pouliguen is surrounded by all the shops you need. The Benoît beach extends into the bay, reputed to be the most beautiful in Europe! Swimming, long walks and water sports are yours for the taking. On the embankment and at the foot of the villas, you can also go for a bike ride along the coastal paths and through the small towns of the Côte d'Amour!
After that, you'll have earned a taste of the famous niniches! For a change of scenery, you can explore the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, just a few kilometers away.

LE POULIGUEN
LE POULIGUEN, a tourist commune located on the Bay of La Baule on the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of the Presqu'ile Guérandaise.
A true jewel on the Côte d'Amour, the Bay of Le Pouliguen - La Baule - Pornichet joined the Club of the World's Most Beautiful Bays in November 2011.
The town is famous for its fishing and yachting harbour, its promenade and its beach.
The Le Pouliguen market is also very popular with locals and tourists alike.
