With its seaside ambiance, it comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed opening onto a covered terrace and garden.
The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals (2 vitro hobs, multifunction microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer...).
The bedroom has a 140cm bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
A shower room with washing machine and separate toilet.
Relax on the covered terrace or in the garden and enjoy the sunshine for your plancha lunches. An extension cord for the plancha is available for outdoor grilling!
Or simply sit back and read a book in a chilienne... Children can play in the private garden.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
