In the heart of the 12th arrondissement, this cosy 72 square-meter apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in the City of Light.
Sleeping up to 4 people, it's ideal for a couple.

Accommodation
Located on the 9th floor with elevator, it comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- functional shower room
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a spacious living room with sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate the lovely terrace and its view over the rooftops of Paris (west).
For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Jura coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is close to metro lines 8 and 6.
You'll find a Franprix supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.
The lively Aligre market is a 20-minute walk away.
There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. My favorite is the "Au Tramway" brasserie (350 m from the apartment). The "Goût du sablé" tea room is 300 m away, perfect for brunch or cake!
You can also opt for a walk or bike ride along the Coulée Verte to Bastille.

Location
The neighborhood offers a wide range of shops, markets and restaurants. The tourist areas (Marais, Ile de la Cité...) are close by (20 min by bike or metro).
However, the area is quiet and pleasant to walk around, with the Bois de Vincennes very close by.
The "coulée verte" (planted walkway for bicycles and pedestrians) gives access to the Place de la Bastille in an island of greenery.
