Magnificent 25-square-meter studio in Antibes
Located in Antibes, this bright and quiet 25-square-meter studio offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
It can comfortably accommodate two people.
Its location close to all amenities is sure to please.
You'll be ideally located, just 15 minutes by car from the Cannes Film Festival.

Accommodation
Located on the 3ᵉ and top floor without noise and with elevator, the studio includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a cosy lounge area to relax in after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate the superb view over the inner courtyard, with no direct neighbours, and the brightness of the room.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: wifi, shared pool, TV, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, fridge, fan, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the studio's strong points is its location. It's in a quiet residential area, with very discreet neighbors and free parking spaces around the residence.
It's close to Cap d'Antibes, Juan les Pins and the Port d'Antibes, close to the sea, with opportunities for water sports and water activities, and in a town bustling with festivals and events.
For your daily needs, you'll find a "Casino" supermarket 4 minutes away by car (19 minutes on foot).
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the town is famous:
- La Plage de la Gravette, accessible in 8 minutes by car.
- Port Vauban d'Antibes, a 9-minute drive away.
- Fort Carré, a 16-minute drive away, and much more.

Location
Antibes is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes on the Côte d'Azur. It's a city built by the Greeks that has retained its authenticity; in the old town, you can discover medieval ramparts, Provencal markets and traditional flower-filled architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the Tire Poil trail at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. This charming town combines culture with the hustle and bustle of the south, where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
