We are in a breathtaking area, halfway between the most renowned tourist locations in Salento: the refined Porto Cesareo where you can find excellent fish products and the heavenly Torre Lapillo with its soft and enchanting beaches. Right here, about 200 meters from the Caribbean sandy expanse, with a privileged view of the Great Natural Basin, we offer for rent a valuable villa with swimming pool, full of comfort, privacy and relaxation, consisting of 3 independent apartments. The well-kept garden with above-ground swimming pool is a cheerful floral setting full of colorful plants, small ferns, palms, flowers and small trees, where we find a stone barbecue area for delicious outdoor grills, a useful sink, a shower, a washing machine, a table with chairs, sunbeds, umbrella and deckchairs to take shelter in the shade or let yourself be kissed by the Salento sun after a refreshing swim in the pool, where there is no shortage of sun loungers on both one side and the other of the garden, to catch the sun's rays at any time of the day. Even the external walls become a work of art thanks to the majolica and numerous hand-decorated ceramics depicting typical landscapes of Puglia, Italy and scenes taken from Greek mythology, all of which occurred in the Salento Ionian Sea. In addition to the common areas described above, which can be used by all 3 holiday homes in the building, we have areas for your exclusive use, indicated below. The tiled covered veranda, excellently equipped with armchairs and sofas, will give you the convenience of enjoying a good pasticciotto for breakfast outdoors or indulging in an aperitif. We also notice an external shower cubicle, appreciated when returning from the sea. The internal space will enchant you upon your entrance thanks to the typical architecture of Salento with the characteristic arches and living stone. The living room has air conditioning and is bright and spacious: we find a large table and the kitchen equipped with everything you need, with hob and extractor hood, oven, sink, refrigerator, a television and a sofa with a bed for use if necessary. Adjacent to the living room we have the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a second triple bedroom (double bed and single bed) with air conditioning; a bathroom with shower, toilet and closet completes the interiors of this comfortable villa for excellent holidays. In the lower part of the building, in one of the 3 houses present, the family of property managers sleeps discreetly, who can be of help with tourist or useful information. We recommend the stay to a family or group of friends who want to enjoy relaxation and be a few steps from the fabulous sea and the main Salento tourist locations for good food and evening entertainment.
