Magnificent 45-square-meter chalet in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
This cozy, comfortable chalet is perfect for a mountain getaway with family or friends.
It is 32 square meters (45 m2 including the mezzanine bedroom), has 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You'll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.

Accommodation
Offering a breathtaking view of the Aiguille du Midi, this charming chalet is fully equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
It comprises :
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds: a double room with a 140x200 bed and a mezzanine with a closed bedroom.
- A shower room with WC.
- A fully-equipped, functional kitchen.
- A cosy living room to relax in after a day's walking.
- A private terrace with garden for outdoor activities and summer BBQs.
Summer garden equipment is available in the entrance hatch, as well as a table and barbecue.
For a carefree stay, you'll find everything you need: outdoor parking in front of the little chalet (with space for 2 cars), Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, 200-liter hot-water tank, fridge, towel dryer, iron, raclette and fondue machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
The location is ideal:
- in the heart of nature, in a peaceful setting
- overlooking a mountain range.
- just a few minutes' drive from the town center = please note that a car is essential to get to the chalet.
A "U Express et Drive" supermarket is a 7-minute drive away for daily shopping.
Take advantage of the many activities and tourist sites nearby:
- The Accro' Park adventure park at Les Gaillands, 5-10 minutes away by car.
- The Cascade du Dard is a 10-minute drive away.
- Aiguille du Midi cable car, 10 minutes away by car.
- Christ the King statue 12 minutes away by car, and much more.
You'll have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Location

The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
