Large, beautiful villa with private outdoor pool and excellent location for a vacation with equal parts golf and beach.
Are you longing for a beautiful vacation with pure comfort and relaxation? This vacation home, located just a few kilometers behind the former shifting sand dunes and coastal forest of Guardamar, offers the perfect setting. The house is spread over two floors, has good room solutions, is characterized by a modern design and offers you good facilities so that you and your slightly larger family can enjoy a comfortable stay here. All bedrooms have direct access to the balcony or terrace/outdoor area and there is heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Underfloor heating is installed in all bathrooms and throughout the second floor of the house. The beautiful outdoor area allows for al fresco dining, soothing sunbathing and pool fun. The house is south/west facing, so it is sunny here from morning to evening. The pool and the garden with palm trees and exotic plants are regularly cleaned and checked to ensure the hygiene and well-being of the guests.
You will spend your vacation in an area where you can both enjoy beach life and play golf. However, the coast is not only adorned with beautiful beaches, but also with the dunes of Guardamar, a true natural wonder. Other great natural experiences are provided by Las Lagunas de la Mata y Torrevieja Natural Park, which includes the pink lagoon with wild flamingos, El Fondo Natural Park and the salt lakes of Santa Pola.
Note: 1 bedroom has 2 bunk beds and 2 beds that can be separated, raised and taken away, offering a degree of flexibility.
