In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacations in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry (washing machine/dryer).
This new 56 m2 apartment on garden level, with sea view, sleeps 4/6.
It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge with flat-screen TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together and dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. You'll also enjoy a lovely 16m2 terrace with furniture and garden furniture, overlooking the residence's garden and facing the swimming pool.
A private parking space for one vehicle per apartment is also available free of charge. No visitor parking available.
Low-speed WiFi access is also available. A 4G box is available for rental (€40/week).
