For a dream vacation in Sanary, Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this fully air-conditioned villa with 3 master suites. The rental is ideally located 1300 m from the beach, 1900 m from shops and 3200 m from the town center and the port. You can park up to 3 vehicles on the property and not touch it again during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. All this space opens onto the terrace facing the swimming pool thanks to large sliding bay windows. You will find on the ground floor 1 beautiful master suite with bathroom and toilet. You will also have a guest toilet in the entrance. On the 1st floor, you will find a hallway and two other master suites with bedroom, bathroom and toilet. In total, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. For the exteriors, you will benefit from a heated swimming pool, garden furniture as well as a furnished dining area, as well as a new gas barbecue.
