For a dream vacation in Sanary, Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this house of more than 200m2, ideal for families with children with 5 bedrooms and 9 beds. It is located in a quiet residential area on a large wooded plot. Shops are 5 minutes' walk away (bakery, butcher's and caterer, hairdresser, newspapers, supermarket). Ideally located, you will find yourself a 10-minute walk from the port of Sanary and the beach of Port-Issol. Accommodation The house is surrounded by a large pine forest. A private tennis court as part of the property is at your disposal next to the swimming pool. The house is on 2 levels. All rooms have French doors which open onto the terraces and the garden. On the lower level there is a large entrance hall, the living room with piano and the fireplace television area. The living room gives access to the swimming pool (12m x 6m with a maximum depth of 2.50m in the large bath). A barbecue is nearby as well as a platform for you to play boules. This level also has an independent bedroom with shower room and toilet. On the upper level, a second large hall distributes the mezzanine dining room onto the living room, a large kitchen with dining area, a utility room and several terraces. There is also a separate toilet area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each bathroom includes a toilet, a bathtub and a sink). Description of the rooms: - 1 bedroom with 1 sofa bed 160 x 200 - 4 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90 x 190 The dining room opens onto a large covered terrace to the South, it extends onto a large lawn and the entire garden with direct access to the swimming pool. Here you can enjoy a ping-pong table available and a large space ideal for letting children play during end-of-day aperitifs. Access for travelers The swimming pool, garden and tennis court are strictly reserved for travelers. Several vehicles can park on the property. Only a rear part of the house with independent access is closed and unoccupied. Maintenance of the swimming pool, tennis court and garden is carried out regularly. Description of the neighborhood The neighborhood is located in a pine forest and is therefore very wooded. The environment is very quiet and local shops are a 5-minute walk away, ideal for picking up croissants and pain au chocolat in the morning! In addition to the bakery, you will find a butcher, a hairdresser, a tobacconist and a small supermarket. The center of Sanary-Sur-Mer is only 5 minutes by car. If you prefer to walk, you can take the path to the Residence and you will be at the port of Sanary or the beach of Port-Issol in 10 minutes. Getting around A bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the house. The closest station is Ollioules-Sanary, about 10 minutes by car (TER only). The TGVs stop at Toulon station which is 20 minutes from the house via the motorway. The closest airports are Hyères and Marseille (allow 1 hour on average by car). We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival unless booked at the last minute. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and already included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing optional sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a resort or civil liability insurance certificate. No rental will be final without these documents. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for the production of olive oil. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe and why not by accessing it from its cable car. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Bandol and Sanary are present every day, but you will find the large markets of Bandol on Tuesday, Sanary on Wednesday and Saint Cyr on Thursday.
