Space
Our 85 m2 apartment is located on rue Bérard, on the 4th and top floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. The bright apartment is ideal for working or relaxing during your stay in Marseille. Place Castellane is a 5-minute walk away. The Baille metro station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment features a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table, and a very large living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. A beautiful terrace with an unobstructed view and an outdoor seating area will let you enjoy the sun during your stay in Marseille. The apartment is very bright.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a bunk bed for 1 person, a desk and storage space. It's ideal for children or teenagers.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, vanity unit and toilet.
The living room is air-conditioned.
A basement parking space is included with the rental.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links and within easy reach of Place Castellane, the Baille metro station and Marseille's main hospitals (Conception and Timone). The Stade Velodrome and Parc Chanot are a 20-minute walk away.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, shops and cafés are just down the street.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Situated close to the famous Place Castellane, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. The Cours Julien, with its vibrant nightlife and culture, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
The large Conception and Timone hospitals are less than 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. The Stade Velodrome and Parc Chanot are a 20-minute walk away.
